Standalone System !!!

Hi,
I am very much new to CNC portfolio.
Can anyone explain in detail, how to install in JDE in an standalone system.
We need to test and apply ESUs, Tool Upgrades, etc. on the above standalone system?
Please share your thoughts on user base level still i am a beginner in CNC.
