How to delete /Truncate Garbage transaction data

Dear ALL Expert.

Problem Description: Oracle R12.1.1 Implemented /Configuration Successfully.
Modules: GL, AP, AR, FA , CE ,PO,ONT,OPM,OPM INVENTORY
Go-live date 01-APR-2011.
I would like to know how to delete Garbage transaction data before 29-Feb 2012. So that we will have new fresh transaction start . Please note I do not want to delete mater data and I will load New opening data.
