E business tax integration with GL

Hi,

I've done the Tax setups in E-business tax module for SG,

Tax codes created:

1. Standard - 7%

2. Exempt - 0%

3. Out of Scope - 0%

4. Not Taxable - 0%

When i'm creating a Journal entry in GL, only Standard rate tax code is showng,

Can you please tell me why it's not showing other taxes? What setups need to do to get other tax codes in List of values?
