Accounted Status showing "Partial" (Oracle R12 12.0.6)

 Hi, 
I have created a pay on receipt invoice and imported to payables and "Validated" and next step I ran the program India - Insert Taxes on the Pay of Receipt, and Validated the invoice, and accounted. But instead of the Accounted status to be "Yes" . it is showing Partial.

Any suggestions.
