PAY: Retropay Enhanced is missing some purge events

 Hi All,

Hoping that someone has experienced a similar issue. We are upgrading to Retro Enhanced (from by element) as part of an R12 upgrade. It would appear that RE (retropay enhanced) is missing out some rerto elements. Namely, it looks like if an element has been through a retropay run previously (say in 2009) and has just been deleted to go through Feb 2012 retropay, the deletion event doesn't get picked up by retropay.....

OR if it DOES, the payvalue of the element is zero, rather than the expected -ve amount....

We've logged an SR with Oracle, but am wondering if anyone can shed a user light on this.
