Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

I have installed RDBMS 11gR2, OAS 10.1.3.4 and Deployed SIM 13.2.1

but while starting the url i'm facing an error as:

An error occurred accessing ConfigServices, Please contact your system administrator.

Any help please
