XML V3 payment format

The bank is recommending that we implement XML Version 3 for our payment files (currently we have nothing).  They say the advtanges are that it's inter-operable between banks, and that it's a simplier XML format.  Is anyone out there using XML V3?  Does Oracle 12.1.3 already have a standard XML format for either V2 or V3?

On another note:  Can I include multiple payment methods (ACH, Wire, Check) on one file that is sent to the bank?  I haven't found a White paper on this.  Not sure how this could be accomplished.
