Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Customer has the following questions:

IB: Is there any way to keep the Serial Number non-updateable (locked) even if there are no inventory transactions against it?

Can we do this with permissions?
