Confirm Payment Batch payment batch failed with error code APP-SQLAP-10916: &SOURCE:&ERROR

This errored in our payment run on 2/29/2012.  Was wondering if this was a leap-year bug or if anyone else has encountered it.  The error has occurred over multplie batches for both EFT and Draft payments so I don't think it is bank account related.
