OracleRemExecService appeared after upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3

hello all,

i just upgrade oracle database 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 using DBUA successfully. But then OracleRemExecService appeared after upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3. Could anyone tell me why this happens and what does OracleRemExecService do? I could not find any information regarding this service.
