View EBS Quote from CRM On Demand

Anyone out there have the View EBS Quote link working in CRM On Demand?  We are running EBS 12.1.3 and when we click on the link we get to the login screen for EBS, but when we log in we get a generic login error message.  Any input is appreciated.
