Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Issue with Oracle GL " Program - Revalue Balances" concurrent request report

We are on Oracle releaes 11.5.10.2 and trying to run the "" Program - Revalue Balances" process from the concurrent manager

and getting error as the first parameter for this report is a List of Value and the list is blank.

I checked and this report is registred as a concurrent request . The value of "Use in SRS" is checked.

Anybody already came across of this issue? Where do we need to set up the LOV for first parameter?
