SUN4V-8002-MJ error on SPARC T4-1

Hi experts,

I know the suspect FRU is system board but I'd like to know what SUN4V-8002-MJ means.

Description says "chip-to-chip unrecoverable CRC error", would you tell me what is the chips

or bus error was detected ?

I assume it is CPU-CPU interconnect, CPU-BOB or CPU-PCIe bridge but T4-1 has sole CPU socket, I do not know

which caused the error.

Below is the log file obtained by fmadm.

Thank you
