Add extended warranty(service) item automatically to a Sales order as a line item.

Hi

I have the following business scenario and was exploring Advancing pricing module and cud  not proceed further and need your input please.

• When we sell products to certain countries due to legal requirements we need to provide additional warranty ie extended warranty for few items.

I have put country and specific item number as qualifier and defined promotional item (service item) as an modifer to add to the lines.

When entering the sales order with that specific item and save the record,we noticed Advanced pricing tries to add the service item as part of the Qp setup but gives a note that service details are missing and fails to add the line automatically to sales order.
