Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Pick release not generate

Hi all,

I have a serious question that after booking I go to run pick release to have move order number in order to transact Item

Although I have move order number but I cannot find that when I go to transact and the order status still ready to release.

Anybody please advise. But when I take this number to transact I have to create manual then I have delivery number and after I create

pick release in the transact i skip the step in pick release.

Please kindly advise.
