Can I add different version of WIndows server into a same Oracle cluster

Hi,

Currently I have 2 windows 2003 servers on Oracle 11.2.0.2 database and Grid Infra with NO RAC. We only have the Oracle cluster and ASM, and one single instance running on the 2 nodes which act as Primary and Secondary nodes using manual failover.

We are planning to purchase 2 more new servers as the existing one are going to EOL, and planning to upgrade to 11.2.0.3 with Windows 2008. Can i directly add a different version of Windows server to the existing Oracle cluster which does not have RAC enable? Or I have to build another new cluster for these 2 new servers.

Appreciate the advise.

Howdy, Stranger!
