add alert index INV.mtl_system_items_b_U1 rebuild online PARALLEL (DEGREE2)

Hi

There are large data in mtl_system_item, and the quantity will raise large every year. Large records will impact the perfomance for query item, if we can add alert index INV.mtl_system_items_b_U1 rebuild online PARALLEL (DEGREE2) to this table to prevent the performance issue in future.

If we add this index, this index can impact what?
