IS it ookay to install 10g CRS when VIP are disabled?

Hi,

I have installed 10G crs on 2 nodes cluster, unfortunately vip's on both the nodes not responded during installation. but crs installation is successful. Now vip's are available but still I am unbale to start vip services.  Is there any chance to activate vip services after 10g CRS installation?
