Cannot complete invoice APP-AR-11389

Hi

We are in 11.5.10.2 with india localized 60107.

In AR we found one invoice in complete status(it was came through OM via autoinvoice)

Generally all invoices are coming in incomplete status.

Only one invoice found in complete status.

When i try to incomplete its giving error.

APP-AR-11389: The Carrier Is Invalid With The Current Transaction Date.
i GO through note 1315056.1 and all set-up are done as per note also eventhough i cannot incomplete the same.

So pl advice.
