Quickly restore the Database

Hi All,

I am so sorry to ask this this to the forum.

Actually I am very new in ORACLE.

In our office every Tuesday we do a Data fixing task. Before Fix any Data we take full export backup of the database. our database size is very small (only 25GB). In our deployment I found that if anything goes wrong on Data fixing then restore the database from export dump. My question is, is it the right way to restore the dataabse using the dump file since during our data fixing we actually insert or update around 1000-2000 data.
