How to see the Service 'Additional Information' flexfield in Email Center SR create/update HTML page

Dear Community,

The flexfield 'Additional Information' which is present in the SR create/update Forms in Service, I would like to see this in the Email Center HTML

SR pages. Can you say how this can be achieved?

The HTML pages are:

 /oracle/apps/cs/csz/incident/webui/SRCreationPG version 120.19.12010000.2  and

 /oracle/apps/cs/csz/incident/webui/UpdateSRPG  version 120.19.12010000.4
