How Can we publish messages from SIM to RMS without using SIM application

We need to publish  inventory adjustment messages from SIM to RMS. How can we do this. I know that there are MFQUE tables in RMS to publish/republish data from RMS.

But we have to publish data from SIM to RMS so which tables are involved where we insert data and the publisher automatically publish that data to RMS.

For eg. From SIM screen we did inventory adj of item A of 10 quantities. It affects data in RK_STORE_ITEM_SOH table and RK_INV_ADJUSTMENT and the data flows to RMS automatically.

But it is done from SIM SCREEN..
