Generate forecast script failed sometimes on PreGenerateForecast

Hi All,

RDF (13.2.2) generate forecast failed on sometimes on PreGenerateForecast and after waiting 20-25 minutes, if we re-run generate forecast it got successfully completes. When it fails, the error log shows "Device or Resource Busy" , unlink failed (see below).

Does anybody faces the same problem and how to resolve the issue? What is the root cause for this or Is it a bug. Any input will be appreciable.

Error log:
