We understand the primary purpose of having XML templates for Service Contracts Quote or Proposal is to make Business Users IT independent on the quoting activities. We would like to know the general practice on how this is handled in across Major industries. Is maintaining the XML Service Contracts Proposal/Quote is handled by IT or business handles this.
