Web Services / Records Allotment Enforcement

Hi Everyone,

Begining March 1 with the update of release 19, Oracle has stated that it will more actively enforce its Service Allotment for Web Services, Records, etc.

Since some buisness may have failed to live within their "service allotment" set forth per instance, what has the community done to stay within their service allotment.
