Hi,
I want to know if you can download eBusiness suite patches via FTP server.
Found : Note 841055.1: "CLASSIC METALINK, ORACLE ON DEMAND CUSTOMER PORTAL AND MY ORACLE SUPPORT TRANSITION FAQs" but any idea if WGET runs on Windows?
I need more details about WGET.

There are many documents about FTP'ing non-eBusiness suite patches, or upload, but couldn't fine one for download.
(Patch wizard is not a desired option)
