US PAY: Including a new element on our W2 for 2012

Hello All,

I wanted to ask anyone for a little navigation advice. I am trying to investigate for our payroll and benefits department (who are all new employees) how to add the Medical ER (Employer Contributions to the W2-2012). I found a few documents and have gotten to where I add the element into "Balances". But, I am stuck at this point. Could someone help me out, as part of a mini -training?
