How to skip a PO reapproval process for specific conditions

 Hi,
the requirement is whenever we change in the (PO summary form=> shipments tab) shipment quantity or shipment promised date for the po revision nu mber greater than 0 then that PO need to be reappoved automatically after creating a new document revision.is it posiible in 11.5.9?

How to skip the PO reapproval process for these conditions.could you please respond ASAP?
