How to make PO amount divide by a number?

Hi Experts,
How to make this given functionality when entering a PO:
Quantity * Price / 1000 = Total amount

As quantity will be given in the PO, Price will be set at item attribute level but how to use this divide functionality in the system?

Or Unit of Measure will be used here to convert it on the PO?
