Advice regarding Oracle Projects Migration

 Hi,
I am working in a Oracle Projects customer installation with the following characteristics:

- The client capitalise Intangible Assets from Labor Cost (Timesheets) entered in a third party system
- The labor costs are contractors and payroll costs
- For the contractor costs they enter project related invoices in Oracle Payables and the cost is transferred to Oracle Projects
- The payroll cost is not fed in Oracle Projects
- In Oracle Projects they have defined only the projects required to enter the contractor invoices. If there is a project in the third party system for which only employees (not contractors) are working on it, the projects are not defined in Oracle Projects.
