re-order fields on Service Request form (CSXSRISR) using form personalization

Hi,How can I reorder fields on Service Request form (CSXSRISR) using form personalization.
I want to change the order of 2 fields , so that one field will appear ahead of second field on form. User wants to
see one field ahead of other field.
