Is there any possibility to put the date field in the cross tab of the pivot table in BI Publisher 1

Hi,

1)I am using the BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1
2)I have created a report using the pivot table wizard.
3)Is there any possibility to put the date field in the cross tab of the pivot table.
Please provide the steps,if it is possible in the BIP 10.1.3.4.1.
