PTO Rule

 Hello,

I need to setup a PTO rule, to be used starting 01-Jul-2012 in Oracle HRMS.

We have adopted this rule due to minimize too many staffs being on vacation at the same time because in some departments they were employed on the same date.

The conditions are:-

1.On 1-Jul-2012 and on the 01-Jul  of subsequent year each employee (current employee) is given 30 days of vacation.

2. The maximum number of days attainable is 60 days.

3. For new employees, the days of vacation are determined by employment date. Say an employee is employed on the 01-Jan-2013. He/she will be entitled to 15 days before June 2013. On the 01-Jul-2013 he will received 30 days as normal employees.
