What Oracle Client is compatible with Oracle Database 11.2.0.3?

According to Certifications in MOS, no Oracle Client is certified with Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.  Is this correct?  I would have thought Oracle Client 11.2.0.3, at a minimum, was certified.  What are people using as a client that are using Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 then?
