MRP Multi Plant set-up Issues

We set-up a branch plant which is NOT showing a message for a planned PO for a component that has demand.

No forecast issues, only commitment issues!

Below is copy AFTER MRP ran.

Again it's a 'w' type work order that is directly linked to a sales order but it's not showing a messgae of a PO in MRP!

Any Ideas?
