Installation Pronlem of OVM 3.0.3

I'm trying to test the OVM 3.0.3, but having problem to install the OVM Manager.
I used the "runInstaller.sh" to do a "Demo" installation. The process always stopped on the following error.

Step 4 of 9 : WebLogic ...
Retrieving Oracle WebLogic Server 11g ...
Installing Oracle WebLogic Server 11g ...
Failed to install Oracle Weblogic Server 11g ...
            Extracting 0%..................................................Fatal error encountered during self-extraction.[oversubscribed dynamic bit lengths tree]

I tried to install on both Oracle Linux x86_64 version 5 update 5 and 6 update 1, but got the same result.

Can anybody help?
