Dependent Certification because of Plan Change
We are using Oracle Advanced Benefits 12.1.3. During open enrollment, when an employee changes plans, the employee is required to recertify all dependents (even if they were previously certified). We have not found a viable workaround for this issue and it is an inconvenience for employees to provide the same paperwork over and over.
Has anyone experienced this issue and, if so, would you please share what you have done to make life easier; either by a setup change or a process improvement/change?
