Where does the cost post when debrief is on Sub Inventory belonging to OU1 and Slaes Order is in OU2

We have 2 good subinventories assigned to the field engineer. Sub Inventory 1 (SI1), is in the inventory Org belonging to OU1 and similarily, we have SI2 in OU2. The field engineer can debrief from SI1 or SI2 and the Order is submitted in the OU as per the multi-org setups for charges.

So, where does the cost of the inventory go to when the debrief is from SI1 and the order is placed against OU2?

1) Steps to Reproduce
Create 2 OUs, corresponding Inventory orgs and SubInventories. Create a Field Service Engineer, assign atleast one good sub-inventory from each of the OU and bring in some in hand quantity in either SI.
