How do I know whether Transaction Line is Taxed or not?

I am trying to derive the logic whether Transaction Line is Taxed or not to print (Y or N) on the PDF invoice
I am Functional but not technical. need some technical insight

Can some one from this community shed some light on derive the logic to find whether Line 1 or Line 2 ( from RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL) are taxed or not?
