Interface between CRM and EBS 12.1.3

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hi

We are looking to implement CRM on Demand and develop interfaces with Oracle EBS 12.1.3.

I would like to get your comments regarding the Customer interface, so far Oracle team did not be able to replicate the EBS Customer structure in the CRM.

We would like to have the following customer structure:

1 account with Multiple Bill to and multiple Ship to related to a Bill to.

2 other interfaces will be created to push the Sales stats and the Opened orders in the CRM as dashboard.
