Hi All,

We are using OPM standard costing, use separate recipes for costing and production. Assume that Recipe V1 is costing for costing which uses formula V1 and Recipe V2 is for production and which uses the formula V2.

Formula V1 (Costing) has following information

Prod X # 1000 KG
Ingredient 1 # 400 KG
Ingredient 2 # 400 KG
Ingredient 3 # 200 KG

Situation # 1 - Formula V2 (MFG) has following information (change in ingredient quantity)

Prod X # 1000 KG
Ingredient 1 # 400 KG
Ingredient 2 # 390 KG
Ingredient 3 # 210 KG

Or

Situation # 2 - Formula V2 (MFG) has following information (change in ingredient)

Prod X # 1000 KG
Ingredient 1 # 400 KG
Ingredient 2 # 400 KG
Ingredient 4 # 200 KG

Batch has been progressed using Recipe V2, quantity yielded and raw material consumed as same production formula.

Howdy, Stranger!
