How to change a defaulted value for status on the Customer Search page

On R 12.1.3, we have need to change the default for Account Status from "Active"  to "All".  Navigation Receivables > Customer s>  Customers (html webpage)

How can this be accomplished?  I don't see a defaulted value when I view page personalizations nor see a default under profile options.  Any assistance is appreciated.
