Using Examine

I'm currently using the diagnostic tool Examine to find the names of blocks, fields, and values to create a SQL extract.  While that is helpful, I'm looking for the name of the underlying table as well.  Is there a way to display the table name from an EBS form?  The approach I've been using is to do searches against the field name in the Oracle instance, but I'm hiping there is an easier way.
