Refurbishing – Return from customer

 Dear All,

We are in the business of selling data services- WiMax. We provide the customers with the CPE- Wimax instrument along with the data plans. Once the customer returns back or cancels the account/services the CPE comes to Refurbishing office for a makeover and will be again available for sale.  The CPE is lot and serial controlled and serial number here is the MAC id supplied by the vendor

Here we do not use the RMA but have created a approved PO for these items with zero cost. Once the list comes for overhauling/refurbishing, we do the receiving of these items against this PO. So this changes the status of the serial number from 4 to 3 (in mtl_serial_numbers) once the receiving is done.
