Create Invoice which should not be paid.

Hi All

We have a requirement for Expenses Related Invoice. Is it possible to make an Invoice  not available for payment ?

Currently we have a contractors. We pay everything(including expenses) thru Salary. We need to bill their travel expenses thru Project Billing for Client. We dont want to make any payments to made for their expenses.

Is it possible ?
