Removing BPA inventory item from Catalog

Hi,

We have a BPA with 4 items, which was available in iProc catalog.

Now customer has CLOSED the BPA and ran the "Catalog Data Extract - Items" program, and exected that the items would be removed from the catalog and users won't be able to search for those items in iProc.

but the items are still available in iProc (though no longer liked to BPA), any idea how to remove the items from iProc catalog?
