Make Related Information Items Sticky

Hi, Does anyone know if you can make a piece of information in a related information field remain at the top so it is always in view (similar to a sticky in a forum). I work for a housing provider and in some cases we need to make staff aware of potentially violent customers. The only way at present is to enter information on an object we call Person Intelligence but as we also hold a lot of other relevant data it does not stay on top. I am aware i could add a note to the person record but
