WBS Design Considerations

 Hi,
Can anybody clarify which considerations should be taken when designing a WBS when implementing Oracle Projects for asset creation, cost reporting, budgeting and accounting purposes?

I know that some of this information (example: considerations about the numeration of tasks) is included in the user guide, but what I am looking with this question are additional considerations with base in experiences implementing Oracle Projects.
