Outside processing jobs

Hi,

I created an OSP item, created and OSP resource for it, an OSP department, and in the routing I attached the department and the OSP resource to that department.

in WIP parameters the requisition creation time is 'At Operation' but when the quantitiy is move to the queue of the operation no requisition is getting created also I am not able to see any record in PO_requisitions_interface_all table and hence it was not picked up by the import requisition program to create a requisition.

can any one please tell me when the records are inserted into PO_requisitions_interface_all table or else what can be the reason for requisition not getting created?
