Identifying customized Seed data during upgrade

Hi,
We are upgrading from Siebel 7.8.2.14 to 8.1.1.7. Right now we're in the preparing the Oracle Database for Upgrade stage. The Upgrade Guide states that we should identify the customized seed data and set the Last_Upd for it as per our requirement. I was checking the value for the Last_Upd of our seed data tables (S_TABLE) and found that none of them had the date 1/1/1980, instead they all had dates after it, though they had the created date for many of them as 1/1/1980. Also, I got the list of 692 seed data tables. Now, the LAST_UPD at table
